chocolate chip cinnamon crinkles

ingredients:
1 stick of butter,
1/2 cup of brown sugar,
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of sugar,
1/2 tsp. vanilla
one egg
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2tsp.baking soda
1/8 tsp. of salt
1 1/3 cup of purpose flower.
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
2tsp. unsweetened coco powder
1tsp. of grounded cinnamon

Directions:
preheat oven to 400 degrees. line cookie sheet with parchment paper. cream butter with brown sugar, 1/4 cup of sugar vanilla and egg in large bowl until light and fluffy. beat in cream of tarter baking soda and salt. add flower; mix until dough is blended and stiff.stir in chocolate. combine remaining 2 tbs. of sugar. bake for 8 to 10 min.
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen

"Crinkles" sounds like a funny name, but I think this would taste great!
