Superb Scramble

How do you make a truly superb set of scrambled eggs?

Ask Chef Silvio!
First he counts out how many eggs each person will likely eat.
Next, he cracks and slightly beats the eggs. Don't worry if the shells find their way into the mix - they add a delightful "crunch!"
Then, Silvio heats a medium-sized frying pan, checks the temperature with a dab of water and cuts in butter to grease the pan.

Now, we get to the fun part!
After Silvio pours the eggs in the medium-high heated pan, he starts adding his secret ingredients: a can of sliced olives, Vegeta seasoning, rosemary and a hint of lime. He does not turn the egss too much, but allows them to thoroughly heat. The rosemerry and lime juice are added at the end. Tomato juice and cheese could also be added. Delicious!

Today's scramble has fresh diced tomatoes on the side and is the course prior to fresh biscuits wipped up by Chef Brenda.
